We apologize for any confusion. On order, W2-436949 you paid a total of $36.90 for the wig plus the $7.95 shipping and tax which brought your total to $47.54. All returns for a refund do incur a $5 processing fee if the order is under $100. Unfortunately, shipping of $7.95 is non refundable as it a used cost another $7.95 is deducted from the refund for using the return label this is why your refund is $26.16. We do appreciate your feedback and hope this helps clear up the issue.

Looks "wiggy" -- not realistic. The color is beautiful and the style is very nice, but it's quite obviously a wig it's oddly shaped on my head. I'm disappointed, because I can't use it for new headshots or on film.

You can always return it for either store credit or a refund as long as it is postmarked within 30 days from when you received and in the original condition. The wig color different than shown in web site, the clip is too small compare to others hair extension i experience.The synthetic hair quality is very low side.
