We would like to try and help resolve this issue. You can return as long as the piece is in original condition (not altered or no product put into it) and returned within 14 days from when it shipped. The packaging doesn't have to be exact, except that you include all tags/boxes etc and due to the item being a lace front you make sure the lace is not bent or in a bad position. You were refunded in full with the exception of the shipping cost to you ($7.95), the return shipping of $7.95, the breast cancer donation of $0.95 and taxes on the shipping of $0.54 totaling $17.39. The piece you purchased was on a daily deal sale and only one discount/coupon is allowed per order, that is why you didn't receive free shipping.
