I started out paying a fee for 2-3 business days shipping. Several different people in the order department told me it would arrive by the time I needed it. I canceled the order to remove the extra $40.00 after I knew it wouldn't arrive on time. I order it again regular mail and then they sent it out the same day. It arrived two days after I left the country.

Still waiting on a back ordered wig for my mother who is currently undergoing cancer treatment. By the time she received her extremely expensive, backordered wig, her hair will have grown back.

Return of Hairpiece I received a hairpiece that was not what I thought it would be, it had extra long strings holding the hair on the comb piled into the piece that you had. Strings too long to pile onto base of hairpiece was not what I wanted.. I called and got the info to return the product never told that I would not get my money back. Today received an email today that told me that that was how the piece comes and that they throw out the pieces/wigs returned out and that I could purchase something else at a 25% discount. I was never informed of any of this until I returned the hairpiece. I would have liked my money back, as they lead you to believe "if you don't like it, return it." However, that don't tell you that you will not get your money back and have to reorder for a 25% discount. I have had hair pieces for a long time and never experience this kind of reply. I am going to buy More But Certainly Not With this company.

We are sorry to hear that you weren't satisfied and that we weren't able to refund you. We emailed you in regards to how the item was returned and it not being in original condition. The item was returned without any of the manufacturing tags or inside packaging and as stated items have to be returned as they were received. Our reps also explained about the string attached to the item and how to hide that. We apologize for your experience and appreciate your feedback.

I ordered the "If You Dare" by Raquel Welch. It only comes in Lavender with violet roots in a medium wavy bob cut. I did read the reviews on this wig. Most reviews were awesome. Some reviews did mention the colir was off. Off. Off. Well the wig I received was Off. Off. Off. The cut was whacked. The roots were brown with some red. The color was NOT silver lavender white. It was pale gold blonde. Clearly what I got was not what was advertised. I went thru the proper return process. Printed UPS label. Took to UPS store. They received it Dec 6th at 9:12 am. I called Monday December 9th to verify return. I was told by customer service that it takes them 3 to 7 days to determind if the product meets their return policy and then they have 14 to 30 days to issue a refund. Wow! If they had opened the box, they would have realized the color was OFF. This wig only comes in the one color. Maybe they restock the off color wigs. I am so disappointed as I had planned to wear this wig during the holiday social season. I feel the $7.95 return shipping charge is wrong to charge me because had the color been correct I would have kept the wig and had the cut adjusted. I have ordered another Raquel Welch wig earlier this year and it was awesome. The shipping at UPS Ground I got in 2 days. I am just really really disappointed. I will order a different wig but with the delay in refund it will be after the holiday. I had no way of knowing the wig was not the right color. Clearly it was returned within 4 days of receiving it and I feel like I am being treated like I did something wrong. So sad it was a rocking wig. Will never put my hopes or plans in one wig ever again. Oh well. Online shopping.

You should receive your refund in the next 1-3 days. We do ask that you allow 3-9 business days to see the refund reflected only depending on your banking/credit card institution. Our inspection team took pictures of the return and have deemed the item to be the correct color and style (as shown on the site). We can assure you all pieces ordered on wigs.com are factory fresh from the manufacturer. We apologize for the inconvenience and that we weren't able to provide you with a piece to your satisfaction. The Lacey wig was delivered quickly. I was not happy with the wig. I sent it back. The wig needed to be cut to suit. The shine was like dolls hair. It even felt like dolls hair. The color light blond did not work for me. It seemed to need more hair on the top. I did order another wig from this company, decided to give them another try. I am waiting for it to be delivered. It is more expensive then the Lacey. I have my fingers crossed that it will work for me.

I've been a long time customer and while I love the wig, I hate the Rewards Points process. I just bought 4 wigs 30% off. 191.00 savings. I click to used 10.00 of my rewards points to cover shipping and it erased the 30% off. Who would choose 10.00 off over 191.00? Then I canceled the reward and added the 30% back but it did not put the reward points back. Then I noticed instead of 1000 points being deducted it took 2000 points. I went from 3560 to 1560 and didnt use the reward. The reward system should give you something extra, something earned for continued business with you, otherwise its useless.

We are sorry to hear you were having difficulty with the redeeming of your points. Only one coupon is allowed per order, which is why the system wouldn't allow you to do both. Our records indicate you did end up receiving the 30% off coupon on your most recent order. Points (or the money off for the points) can be used when we are not having a sale not in combination. I ordered this hairpiece and was pleased with the color. But I wore it only one day for a couple hours and one of the clips broke loose. I was sent a video on how to sew it back in. I don’t know how to sew and I shouldn’t have to sew it back in. iIt should’ve lasted longer than that. Or it should have been replaced because it was definitely a defect. Very disappointed
