Love the service. Easy to order and fast to deliver. Also, like that they reward points for purchases made so you are recognized if you are a frequent customer. Thank you!

My Raquel Pixie cut fits like a dream! It's the exact cut I wore when I was 22...I'm now 90! I had trepidation about whether it would look ridiculous or simply 'wrong'. It's youthful, but one of those looks that works on seniors very well. i am thrilled. I just took it out of the box and popped it on and Voila!!! Now I can keep what's left of my real hair to simply pull back in the old pony tail and wear the Racquel with comfort. Thank you!!1

Received it right away; so nice. Packaged beautifully. Nice quality. New style for me — stepping out of my comfort zone. Kind of daring and fun. The colors to choose from were limited though, which was frustrating. I like rooted, but had to go with an unrooted color. That’s why I put 4 stars. After receiving their generous and kind reply, I am updating to 5 stars, if not for customer service alone (but the wig is its own star). Overall, it’s been a 5 star experience.

It is extremely nice and easy to buy from your company. Everything is handled very efficiently. I find it very helpful to always be able to speak to someone on the phone--to ask questions, to discuss colors, to purchase, etc. I have spoken to Dana a few times. She is extremely pleasant, helpful, and efficient. Your company is very nice to work with.
