I had recently purchased the same wig from a local wig shop and paid $100. more than your price. I have to say the wig shop has the best gal with 50years experience with wigs and I know that is what I'm paying for there. But to be able to get the same wig in a different color for less is a plus! Fast free shipping.
Response from Wigs.com – The Wig Experts™Aug 13, 2026
Teresa L, We're delighted to hear that you found the same wig at a better price! It's wonderful that you appreciate the value and the fast, free shipping. We understand the expertise you value from your local shop, and we're happy to offer a great alternative.

So far on my first time purchase of 4 wigs the service has been excellent. Customer service is very supportive and knowledgeable and my emails have been answered very quickly and consistently. I'm a first time wig shopper and all four wigs were returned. The first three returns have been credited to my account with no issue and I'm waiting fourth (sent one day later) to be received and credited , hopefully today. I will be ordering another selection and hoping that I can make better choices the second time around.
