We are very sorry to hear you weren't satisfied with the color of the Textured Fringe Bob you ordered. We don't have catalogs, but our records indicate you ordered the color R829S+ which is Medium brown with Ginger highlights. The ginger is more of a strawberry blonde. We show we have received the return and are processing it now for refund. You should get an email with the refund notification in the next 3 business days. We are very sorry to hear you weren't satisfied with the piece you received. The pictures on our site for Sheer Elegance shows it with the bangs forward and also off the face. Our records indicate one of our wig experts did try to assist you in explaining how to style the bangs off of the face. We did inspect the return and did not find it to be defective or have any issues. Again, we apologize that Sheer Elegance didn't work out for you but we do appreciate your feedback.

The shipping charge for delivery to you was $7.95 + the return shipping charge for returning back to us is $7.95 (inclusive of tax) = $16.38.
