I'm new to the world of wigs, and I'm a "woman of a certain age". I've been looking for gray wigs that match my natural/bio hair. It's been hit or miss as some website colors/photos were not what I had expected (through no fault of Wigs.Com - just the nature of the computer beast). I purchased some short wigs and some longer wigs. I started this journey by purchasing wigs and, for some, immediately returning them - the color was not what I expected, the wig didn't suit my face. I NEVER had a problem with Wigs.Com. I received the wigs within a few days of ordering and when I sent the wigs back I received a full refund within just 2 or 3 days (no questions asked). I thought Wigs.Com would get fed up with me, but, no, they understand that newbies will have a period of trial and error. I tried a few other on-line wig retailers also. None of those transactions were as flawless as Wigs.Com. I will admit, I am embarrassed by all the trial and error. But now I know what I want by brand, style and color and where to buy it. Wigs.Com is definitely my go-to wig store from now on!

The product came on time. It was packaged very nice. I was very happy with the wig. The only problem I had was I did not realize it wasn't rooted and that was what I wanted. Other than that it was a wonderful experience.

I ordered petite and it fits my head. I was measured at a salon and told that my head was average. I guess it’s not. This is hand tied , therefore lightweight and not hot. I would have liked more white in the wig, but still matches my front hair, which I let peek out by the ears. It feels very soft and is not to think. So it looks very natural. It took a long time to arrive.
