We are sorry to hear the lace on the piece you ordered was bothersome. Most of the time the lace is very delicate and not bothersome to client's. It is there to give the appearance of a natural hairline. You can always order a piece without a lace front or trim the lace front back. We appreciate your feedback.

We are sorry to hear you weren't satisfied with your experience. We don't charge any restocking fees when items are returned on time. However, if an item is received after the return time frame and accepted that's when the 20% fee is taken out. We have checked your return and it looks like the item will be received within the time frame therefore no fee will be taken out.
