Poor quality wig.
The wig I purchased was of very poor quality- it definitely was not worth the price tag.

I paid $275.00 for this wig
I paid $275.00 for this wig. I wore it that day and about a third of the hair fell out. I have worn it 2x and that's all I can wear it. It was cheaply made. IT WAS FROM YOU. Why do company's try and get out of things!! I know why you don't want the truth out

I’ve bought wigs from you many times
I’ve bought wigs from you many times. Most have been excellent or acceptable. However, the one I received recently is very disappointing. The “hairs” in the crown won’t stand up. That exposes the on top of the wig where the “hairs” are attached making it be obvious that it’s a wig. Also, when I put on the wigs I have purchased in the past, the “hairs” just fall into place. I hardly have to touch it.

Company Fine But Wig Problem
The company is fine. My rating is that of the wig only. Way too shiny. Does not look natural due to excessive shine, therefore returned. I know from U-tube there is a process to remove some of the shine. Wish this was done by manufacturer. Don't want to try myself

It was nice but too much red and white…
It was nice but too much red and white hairs all over the topper, I don’t appreciate it this way when I paid great deal of money into it.

CANADIANS -DO NOT ORDER
CANADIANS -DO NOT ORDER. BRUTAL CUSTOMER SERVICE. I ordered Jan 12/ Received Feb 5 picked up from the post office to Canada. I had sworn it said 90 day return policy. But that could have been my mistake . however by that math I would only have until Feb 12 to return with their 30 day from THEIR SHIPPING DATE return policy. thats literally 7 days. Certainly not enough time to get in and have a consult with my stylist. They refused to return my 2 hair pieces. because it was a couple weeks outside of the return policy. Didn't offer an exchange, or any attempt to help me with the 2 un usable pieces. They were brand new, never worn worn , uncut, and still not even an attempt to try and keep a customer. Would never order again , simply for the crappy customer service, and unreasonable return policy - especially for International orders. oh and the surprise $100 duty charge on top of it all was the icing on the cake. DON'T BOTHER.
