Wearing a wig is hard for those of us who have lost our natural hair. It isn't as if we chose to be in this predicment. I bought from another company for many years before finding wigs.com. Returns were difficult and costly and it took forever to get a refund. It really felt as if they didn't care at all! Wigs.com has been a totally different experience for me!

Thank you for your feedback! We're delighted you love the new EasiFringe hairpiece product and appreciate the kind words about our customer service. Unfortunately, we have no control over the tracking within the Shop Pay app, but you can track via the email we send once your order is shipped or if you are logged into your account on our site. Your satisfaction is important to us!

This company makes buying a wig super easy. They don’t hound you about buying more items while they have you on the phone. And their return policy in so easy to do. I will now be ordering all my wigs from them.

Love the wig. Web site was somewhat confusing but all came as I hoped for. Am trying a couple sites but so far and price considered, will probably buy another!

Easy to navigate. Also, returns look more simple than what I have found so far on line. And the sale items seem to be just that, sales. The freight doesn't increase as I have discovered happens elsewhere.
