The website is great
The website is great, easy to order and the order came very quickly. But.....the Rene of Paris wig I ordered is not the quality it used to be. I've ordered the style for years, it's perfect style, but the last two or three, were not the quality of the earlier ones....one side shorter than the other, bangs shorter, back just not the same. One out of the three last orders was acceptable. The online return site is not user friendly because when i get to the shipper choice I get "Error! ups address validation error on shiper address 120881". That's the only one choice. When I finally called the phone number for help, I waited a long time and then a recording said the call could not be answered at this time and to call later, Goodbye.....click I haven't called back yet because I don't have that much time to wait for ever on the line and not being able to get the website to finish and give me my shipping label to print.
