I have received excellent customer…
I have received excellent customer service. With my first time ordering, I had to exchange a couple of things, and they were so understanding and expedient, and when I found the right style for me, very thrilled, it has made all the difference in the world and how I feel when I walk out the door to face the world. Hair loss can be very devastating, and when we fix ourselves up it can make us feel unfinished. I feel like a new woman wth my toppers and wigs! I use the toppers for athletic activities, and wigs for everything else. They look great!

One the wigs the color was too dark for…
One the wigs the color was too dark for me and the other just didn't fit my face. But I will keep looking for that perfect wig style for my face. The fit is good for my head which is Ellen Wille wigs which are petite average but trying to find the right look for my face. Will keep trying. Thanks

The wig is mediocre at best
The wig is mediocre at best. The hair itself feels good and looks real but the hairline is less than believable. I ended up cutting it to make bangs. The sides were also not even and I think this was done purposely but when it is on my head that does not translate. If you want a realistic wig I would look for ones with better lace fronts (ie not ones from this website)

Questioning authenticity
The color is off from another Jon Renau topper I purchased at a retailer of the same color. Not sure, this is a knock off as the tag is different, clips falling off, etc?

The wig is not @ all the color…
The wig is not @ all the color portrayed in the ad. It is a light red. I cannot and will not wear it. How can I return it for a refund? I ordered by the # & color listed under the picture. I’m very disappointed. I have worn Raquel wigs before & never had this happen. Linda Kleven

Repackage your item just as you received it!
Please have your item(s) returned no later than 14 days of the original ship date. Damaged, worn, altered products or packaging will not be eligible for return. Wigs can only be tried on and not worn, and tags must not be removed. We will gladly accept returns on all eligible products where the product or packaging has not been altered, worn, or damaged in anyway and no later than 14 days of the original ship date. All ineligible items will be returned to you at your cost or donated.
Print and attach your return label.
After you attached your shipping label, drop your return package at UPS. As this is a prepaid label, you will not pay when you drop off your package but the flat rate $7.95 will be deducted from the refund/store credit total.
In the event that you are unable to access a UPS location, unable to access a printer to print the prepaid label, or would prefer to use your method to ship please ship your return to the address below using a traceable method of shipping with your preferred carrier.

Pretty in Paige
I recently purchased, Pretty in Paige, a child’s wig. I am very petite so wanted to give a child’s wig a try before ordering another petite/average wig. I did have to return it because it was ultra petite, however I would have returned it even if it had fit. The quality of the wig was appalling. It looked absolutely nothing like the picture(regardless of the size) the quality of the fibers was like some costume wig from a dept store. I was pretty shocked. That said, my refund was processed quickly and without any issues-I do appreciate that.

I'm Done!
This about the fourth or fifth wig I've ordered from Wigs.com and it's the fourth or fifth one that is nothing like the picture. A pixie should be really short and hug the head. The "hair" in this last wig was super long and looked like a mop on top of my head. I am through ordering wigs from Wigs.com.
