This is my third wig and I am very pleased.

Canadian Client Care I made a wig purchase but unfortunately it didn't work out for me ... so i returned my item ... received my refund promptly but only for the item itself .. not duties and taxes which i had paid in advance ... save yourself some grief ladies ... if you're canadian and checking out - do not use the "prepay D&T" option ... instead, opt for the regular shipping only and once the item gets to the border your representing broker (in this case UPS) will contact you for payment of D&T ... that way if you need to return your item it will be much easier to get those monies back i had challenges in doing this as wigs.com sends the money to UPS and then UPS says to me well get the paperwork from wigs.com in order to be refunded ... UPS, not being very helpful at all in the end wigs.com helped me out with this situation ... a courtesy that i appreciate and deeply respect in a company ... i spoke directly with a CSR - Dana ... not only was she courteous and helpful .. be she was empathetic and simply listened ... this is rare from large companies in this day and age ... my order mattered to her ... wigs.com is top shelf in my books ... i will continue to do business here with pleasure going forward THANK YOU !!! xo

Unfortunately the wig I ordered was not a good fit for me. I returned it as instructed and got a refund in a very timely manner. Due to the great customer service, I would order from them again. Thanks for making everything so quick and easy.

I purchased "Ruby" (for the third time) but in the color Oyster as before I wore Martini. Both are beautiful shades of gray. The cut was a little off but I played with it and made it work for me.
