The order was received very quickly.i had purchased this same color before so I knew it worked for me. The color was as described and matched my hair color . Weight was light and comfortable for all day wear. My only complaint is you do not show enough examples of color choices in wigs and toppers as a full example on the model. I think that would be very beneficial even if it was a page of examples of a specific brand on a page or a reference to access the example on a model. Just showing a small square does not give you an accurate enough description. I do prefer human hair over this monofilament but this is great for everyday use . I have a human hair easy part JON RENAU 18 topper which I love! I really like your website and service. Thank you!

The wig I had bought was just not me. I packaged it the way it came, and returned it right away. They received it back about a week or so later and refunded me the amount I paid right away. That was top notch customer service.
