I bought “Soft Romance” for the 3rd time. I love the style. However, my new one has little hairs sticking up no matter where I part it. I don’t know what to do about this. Any suggestions?
Response from Wigs.com – The Wig Experts™May 16, 2022
Hi Rosemary, It sounds like those hairs are the permatease. Soft Romance is a basic cap construction so the fibers are preteased to help with creating volume to cover the wefts on the cap. There are a variety of ways to help calm those hairs or help with with the permatease. One of our experts will reach out to you and go over those problem solving tricks. Thank you for your feedback we do appreciate having you as a client!

I've always received good products, but the last one a Gabor Instinct looked like someone had used a product on it. For years I've had good service. A little dissatisfied with my last purchase. Going out of town so I had to wear it.
Response from Wigs.com – The Wig Experts™Apr 26, 2022
Hi Leyona, Oh no! We are so sorry to hear this. As a long time client, we're sure you already know that we receive all products directly from the manufacturer, so there should never be any product on your brand new wig. We would love to review any pictures or speak with you about this so we can better understand what happened and how we can make this right for you. We value you and appreciate you bringing this to our attention. Respectfully, The Wig Experts

Absolutely love the Rachel Welch long wig. The “hair” is so soft but it came knotted up in back. Had to spend 45 minutes carefully combing it out. I am not happy with how it hangs in my face. I am going to need to have my hair dresser do some trimming before I can wear it. I wanted to return it but once I read the instructions for returning it, I gave up and decided to keep this $420 mistake.😢
