Hi Katie, We apologize for the issue with your delivery. Per our policy and UPS requirements, a signature is necessary for orders over $500. Once you receive your tracking information, you have the option to remove the signature requirement, schedule a convenient delivery time, or select a UPS Access Point. If the carrier cannot obtain a signature, they may drop the package off at an access point of their choice. While we do not charge restocking fees, customers are responsible for any shipping costs. Customer satisfaction is our priority. We cover shipping on orders over $150 and offer return shipping for a flat fee of $10.95. Thank you for your understanding
