I have been buying wigs online for several years. I have never had a wig shipped so fast. Great service!

Due to my work schedule I had to track down my shipment and go to another facility to pick up since I wasn’t home for delivery. The wigs are well done and the colors are amazing. Thank you!

I was helped by someone over the phone who exemplified great patience. But when I got my hairpiece, it was the softest one I ever had.

Hi Elaine, We are happy you found a better color in the Naomi! We apologize for any delay or confusion regarding the refund for your first order. We refunded you on March 9th. You should have received an email notifying you of the refund, and sometimes, it can take a few business days for your bank or credit card institution to process the refund. If you still haven't received your refund or the email, please let us know so we can look into this further! We appreciate your feedback and having you as a new client. Warm regards, The Wig Experts

To return a item the amount I have to pay is way too high. It is the most I have ever paid for a return item. The topper I received was made so well, color was perfect, it just didn't fit me. I plan to get a full wig soon.

We are also sorry to hear the Sonata didn't fit and would love the opportunity to assist you with finding the correct wig or topper! One of our experts will contact you today so we can help you find the right piece for you! We appreciate your feedback and look forward to speaking with you soon! Sincerely, The Wig Experts

The roots on this wig were huge and black - not pretty on a reddish blonde wig! Returning it was a lot better experience than before. I’m always having trouble with color and on top of that you have very few wigs with bangs or side bangs so it is very frustrating to find the right style that has a strawberry blonde color.

Hi, We understand that selecting the right color based on the photos can be difficult, which is why we offer a consultation with one of our experts! We offer consultations over the phone, but the best would be a video call via Zoom. We have wigs in the actual colors we can show you on video, as well as see you and the color you are trying to accomplish. https://www.wigs.com/pages/virtual-consultation We hope we get the opportunity to assist you! Thank you for your feedback. Sincerely, The Wig Experts
