The Wig did not fit properly. It was not as natural looking as I have seen your wigs. It was expensive to return.

The wig arrived fast. But I wasn't happy with the wig that I purchased because I paid over $230, for a synthetic wig that I can't color and sheds alot. I am constantly pulling hairs from the wig out of my eyes and face which is very annoying. I wouldn't purchase another one!

The grey in the wig is more white than grey. Rather than 20% white, I would have preferred 10% white. I did wear it out in public. It seemed to pass well. I still need to work with the styling to get it to my liking. I would like to see more color choices. Rooted would be nice.

I have ordered many wigs from Wigs.com and am disappointed for the first time, with my latest order. I am sure that I was sent a used wig. There was no scent to it like all of my previous orders, the new scent was missing. The wavy curve was also missing and in fact looked burned or frazzled. I should have sent it back but thought I could fix it.

Customer service was excellent but the wigs differed a little from the picture. The last one I ordered looked quite tame but when I got it, it was too much hair. When I tried to return the wig a few days later I was told I couldn't because the tag wasn't attached. It was in perfect condition and all I did was try it on. I never wore it anywhere.

I have been a Wigs.com customer for more than 10 years. I absolutely love your products, however when you have a great sale (30% off) I find it frustrating that so many of the blond colors are not available. I keep switching styles and colors but I am disappointed. I have placed my number on the waiting list to be texted when the color is available but have yet to receive a notification.
