Very nice site, user-friendly, easy to order and easy to return. As a newbie to the "wig world," I've only ordered a few and they were all beautiful, really, and looked like top quality. But, sadly, none were the right fit or style for me and this company was very understanding. They advertise easy returns and it is 100% the truth! I have a lot to learn about wearing a wig but one thing I've already learned is that this company is one I would do business with again in a heartbeat. The return process was very simple, no issues whatsoever; returns were approved and refunds made promptly. Can't ask for more than beautiful wigs and excellent customer service!
