Hi Maureen, We appreciate your feedback and understand instructions are vital for any fiber, whether synthetic, heat-friendly, or human hair. We provide a pamphlet with each shipment that includes information and care about each type of fiber (including heat friendly). One important tip is to use Smooth detangler to help with matting and frizzing that often happens with heat-friendly fibers. Your recommendation of steaming the ends is also fantastic! We appreciate and value you as well as your feedback as a client.

Hi Gloria, We apologize for the costly shipping rates. Unfortunately, we don't determine those rates. The carrier determines them. The shipping rates for international clients also include duties/taxes so that you don't have to worry about that cost upon delivery or miss your shipment because the carrier cannot contact you to collect those fees.
