Dear Donna, We regret to learn about your experience, although we would like to clarify that our company, wigs.com, is not associated with Shirley's Wigs. It is important to note that natural shedding is common in hand-tied wigs, particularly during the initial few weeks due to potential missed hairs during manufacturing. Using anything other than a wide-tooth comb, as well as having products near the knots, can exacerbate this issue and cause them to loosen. Proper care is essential to prevent this from occurring.
