Very knowledgeable reps and return policy is quick and easy
I have been buying hair pieces from Wigs.com for many years due to hair loss and have spoken with many many different reps over those years and every time I have needed assistance they could not have been more polite and helpful. They ae the best!!

The company does very well with its customers. The caveat is the wigs don't always fit the description the fibers on the wigs are not as well made as before. It's hard to buy from a picture and sometimes the value is not as expected nor is the color. I have no problem with the company itself. They do what they say and stand by their word. They do great easy returns and easy buys,

Good customer service
I was thinking of purchasing a hair topper. I wanted one as close to my natural color as possible. I ordered the Jon Renau synthetic color ring. It was very helpful and I found the color I needed. Unfortunately the topper did not come in the color I chose and I returned the color ring. The entire ordering, shipping and return process was very easy. Good customer service. I would order from this company again.
