Buyer beware!!
I recently purchased a wig. I loved the style and fit and decided to keep it. However I did notice a "tangled" area in the bangs. I thought maybe it was hairspray. Not knowing anything about wigs I took it to my hairdresser to see how to "fix" it. That's when she informed me that the spot involved was actually "melted". Someone most likely took a flat iron to the bangs! I called Wigs.com, they were very apologetic and told me to return it. Which I did. However the Return Deptartment refused to take it back because it was "damaged"!! despite a number of back and forth email discussions they still refused to take it back. This problem should have been I dentified the First time it was returned by an individual!! Think twice beforw you buy, and doubled check when you receive it. You just might get "burned" like I did!!

Bonnie, We’re very sorry for the frustration and disappointment this experience has caused. We understand your concern, especially since you contacted us after learning from your hairdresser that the tangled area appeared to be heat damage. While our Returns Department determined that the wig showed damage that prevented the return from being accepted, we understand why this outcome was upsetting after you had already reported the issue to us. We appreciate you bringing your experience to our attention, as feedback like this helps us review both our inspection and return processes. We sincerely apologize that we were unable to provide the resolution you had hoped for.
