Dvora, we apologize! The New Addition by Rene of Paris has a basic/wefted base. Pieces with a basic/wefted cap or base will have tiny hairs that can look frizzy or stick up at the top. This feature is called Permatease and it is intentionally placed there to hide any weftng. However, if you would like to return the item, we have sent instructions via email.
