My order took forever to receive and I missed an event. Says 7-10 days, and it was close to 30. Do NOT recommend! The wig was fine/thin and nothing like the Jon Renau wigs I purchased through Vogue Wigs. Very disappointed.

The wig had a lace front, which is great however it was in the box so long that the frontal part of the wig was molded into something that would not give it bent down and covered the frontal lace, and whti tried to pull hair back it would bounce back to the front It was just stuck there.

Purchased an Envy wig for @$143 but the color was way off from the sample pic and description. Was totally gold and I expected a cooler ash blonde. Decided to ask for an exchange instead of refund in an effort to save the restocking fee but as it turned out the exchange process ended up costing me $17+ for the initial purchase and then another $17+ for the replacement choice and then another $12+ to return the wig with the incorrect color description which was more than a 10% restocking fee. It Would be nice if you offered a free return label for exchanges due to deceptive color tones. Makes the customer leary about future purchases when other wig companies are comparable in price and offer return labels for issues about color inconsistencies. The return process was quite an inconvenience-making a call to a wig “expert”, waiting for a RA# and then including a note and repackaging the wig and making a trip to a Post office.

I will never order from this company again. The wig I received looked nothing like the one advertised on their website. The length wasn't as long as advertised. After discussing the issue with a customer service representative, I returned the wig with a clear explanation and expected a full refund. The total cost of the wig was $72.62, but instead of receiving a full refund, I was charged. Ultimately, I ended up paying $23.65 for a wig I couldn’t use and no longer have. As of today I am still incurring charges. Why? No one will answer the phone to give me an explanation!!!! Order number: W2-1056249

Due to alopecia, I never go out of my door without my "spare hair". The product I ordered versus the product I received, are different. Similar to image in ads, but not quite the same. Returning.

I returned a 315 wig after owning in less than 3 hours. They refused the return saying it had been worn after I had only tried it one. I would not have worn it out because it looked ridiculously fake. Then, they claimed I altered it which was also untrue. How would someone know if they like a wig if they had never tried it on. Customer service is terrible. They are thieves. The website is a liar stating easy, hassle free returns.

I have ordered from this company for a few years and have spent a lot of money with them. Recently, I splurged BIG TIME and spent nearly $2000 on a human hair wig. When I received it, it looked and felt okay out of the box, but the directions said it said it must be washed prior to wearing, so I did. (This rendered it UNRETURNABLE, by the way). I followed the directions for washing to a tee. What came out was a huge tousle of tangled STRAW!!! It is literally garbage. There is nothing I can do to fix it (I've tried several deep conditioning products). It will quite literally go in the trash. I could not give this thing away. I contacted the company about this...NO RESPONSE WHATSOEVER. I am going to report them to the BBB, as well.
