Multiple great experiences with wigs.com! I've placed several orders for my wife, and we have returned most of the wigs purchased. The reasons for the returns have nothing to do with the quality of the wigs--they are all excellent. It is just that she currently has a wig that she loves, so a new one needs to be at least that good or better. And you never know if you will like a wig until you try it on. So you try on many wigs to hopefully find one you like a lot. It has to be a heck-yes for both of us to keep the wig--mainly her! More than once, our orders have totaled over $500 and $1000 dollars and wigs.com has given a prompt, full refund in every case for the wigs returned. Of course, we followed the rules and returned within the 45 day window (within a week actually) and in new condition, carefully repackaged. Buy with confidence from this honest, generous company!
