Hi, We apologize, we don't understand what you mean? The Kate by Envy on our website shows the piece with bangs. One of our representatives will contact you to discuss the issue. We appreciate your feedback.

Didn't fit. Too loose even after tightening the straps at the base.

Response from Wigs.com – The Wig Experts™Aug 19, 2022
Hi Leslie, We are sorry to hear the color was not as expected and that you had to have the piece colored to your liking. We try to provide the best color descriptions and a variety of styles in TruColor. The great thing about human hair is that you can deposit color to get it the shade you desire as many of our clients do. We hope you allow us an opportunity in the future to meet with you over a virtual consultation to provide a better recommendation.

This is my second purchase and the wig again is a complete mess. Horrible curl pattern and not properly packaged looks like it was a return. Last one I just threw away because the company was making jump through to many hoops to return.
Response from Wigs.com – The Wig Experts™Aug 19, 2022
Hi Rhiannon, We apologize for the last two purchases you received that aren't satisfactory. We ask that you return it so we can inspect it and either refund you or send you a replacement. One of our representatives will call you today to assist with this.

The delivery time was great however the quality of my wig was not the best. The front cap of my Noriko wig barely had any tease or layers in it according to the website description. Just know, I have been wearing Noriko wigs and ordering from wigs.com for over 10 years. I know a bad/poorly constructed wig from a good one.

Hi Kelley, We are sorry for the quality of Nori that you received. We appreciate you as a client and don't want you to keep an item you aren't satisfied with. We called (and left a voicemail) asking that you return the piece so we can inspect it and credit you back.

I have ordered the Cameron by Renee of Paris several times in the past. This is the first time I am very disappointed in my purchase. And this time I ordered 2 wigs to have 1 as a backup, and both of the wigs are the same. The front of the wig is not shaped like it had been in the past. The sides lay down flat and there is no way my hairdresser can possibly get it to lay differently. The wig seems to have a lot less hair in it. I take it to my hairdresser and she usually shapes it and they are bare spots so it cannot be shaped to a nice style. Sad and disappointed ☹️.

Hi Deb, We are so sorry for the condition of the (2) Cameron you received. We ask that you return them (if in original condition with all tags & packaging) as we don't want you to have items you have paid for and aren't satisfied with. We will inspect them once we receive them back and follow up. Our representatives also left you a voicemail with this information.
