From time to time wig hairs may be standing up all you need to do is apply a little flex hold to a comb and comb it through to assist in laying those hairs down we will have a customer service representative reach out to you in 24 to 48 hours to go over this process with you further. We appreciate your feedback and are glad you like the style. We understand your concern about the hairs on top being cut too short and standing up in windy conditions. A great way to combat those stray hairs is to spray a little flex hold hair spray on a comb and comb it through the areas with flyaways to help them lay flat.
