i have been back and forth with customer service with no help !! my wig came tangled and they said I wore it too long literally 15 minutes I’ve been in contact with other wig companies and they all have a better customer service department than this !! i don’t understand why companies want to not give good customer service !! you’d buy more wigs if they did !!! i wished i would of taken a picture of the wig when it came so try could of seen I did not cause the tangle when trying to comb it out the fibers frayed and now it’s terrible in the back obviously defective !!!! no one will help they say its unreturnable its defective don’t plan on ever ordering from them again they’re better companies out there !! who truly care if you’re satisfied or not

Colors are not true to swatches, way too much for delivery and when I returned the first one it cost me another $15.00 for the delivery return. When I received the second pony tail piece that one is too light while the first one was too dark. Not happy with this company at all!
