We apologize for any inconvenience! This item has a basic/wefted cap and can, therefore, be more visible. We recommend that you consider hand-tied wigs. These wigs will give the illusion of a scalp, looks most natural, and can be parted whichever way. We have sent a direct email to help with the return process for a refund. We thank you for your feedback and we look forward to hearing from you.

Mary, we apologize as we were unable to get in contact via phone call. However, we have sent a direct email. We are so sorry to hear this item did not work out. As mentioned in the email we are happy to issue a refund if the item is eligible to be returned (we included the label). We are more than happy to notate future orders or assist you in finding an alternative style. We thank you for your feedback as we are always looking for ways to improve, and we look forward to hearing from you.

Sandi, we apologize as we were unable to reach you via phone. We sent a direct email. to inform you that the item purchased had a fully wefted/Basic Cap. As mentioned, items that are wefted/basic cap will have Permatease; the tiny strands of hair sticking up to help hide any wefting. We know this feature is not for everyone which is why you may consider an item with a mono top. These items do not have the permatease feature and can be parted in different ways. We hope this was helpful and we look forward to hearing from you! Thank you for your feedback.
