Have ordered two Tova wigs in the past two months. The first one needed to be returned because there wasn’t enough hair on the wefts at the back of the head—going outside on a windy day would have been impossible. Also, the hair at the back, especially, was not wispy—straight as a stick and nothing like any of the Tovas I’ve ordered in the past. If I would have had enough time I would have returned the 2nd Tova. The back of the 2nd one is better than the first; however, the bangs are so straight I can’t even imagine how the stylist will be able to cut the bangs in any attractive way. And when I have to return wigs at my expense because the quality doesn’t seem consistent, that will get old. Women without hair take all of this seriously. The need to wear wigs isn’t about “fashion” as much as it’s about coverage and style we can count on. Quality control.

We refunded you for the return of the first one (with the exception of shipping), and upon inspection, we didn't find the item to be defective. As for the second piece, you are still within the 30-day window to return it if the item is in its original condition, and we will note to our returns team the issues you are reporting. Upon inspection, if the item is deemed defective, we will refund you in full. Not all pieces will be identical, as there can be a 5% variance. I have purchased many wigs.. i usually stick with Rene from Paris but tried this different brand little more expensive so thought the quality would be good.. very disappointed. Thin on hair flat no body.

Wig I Ordered The wig was very nice but looked Nothing like the picture. When you order a wig you need to know it is going to be what you see in the picture. It is much thicker than I like.

THE COLOR THAT SHOWED THE PICTURE OF THE WIG THAT I WANTED LOOKED VERY DECEIVING ON ME. I HAVE FAIR SKIN AND THOUGHT THE COLOR HAD MORE RED IN THE WIG. ACTUALLY IT HAD TO MUCH OF LIGHTER BLOND AND I LOOKED TO WASHED OUT IN THE COLOR.
