Your Data held old address. Orders in the past 4 years were sent to the correct address. But, the latest order went to a 5 year old address. They say i am responsible for your outdated address, since I approved the order. I do not control you data entries, you do. Billing address was correct, but mailing was outdated address. So I am responsible for you IT

Dear Diane, As previously explained by our representative, the order was placed directly by you through our website. Because the shipping information is entered and processed by the customer at checkout, it is the customer’s responsibility to verify the address before completing payment. UPS delivered the package to the exact address that was provided, so neither they nor our company are liable in this case. That said, it does appear your shipment was returned to sender. For this reason, we have processed a refund for this item. Thank you for your understanding.
