I always have a great experience all the way around.
I always have a great experience with this company. Their products are high quality in a variety of price points. The returns are quick and easy as is the credit to you payment method if you choose that option. The customer service is impeccable. They're like having a best friend to help you, awesome!!!!!!!!

I love’s wigs.com for many reasons; the excellent selection, great prices & regular sales, super fast shipping & very easy return process, quality control is perfect with this company and the customer service is A+! Every time I’ve needed anything & have called in, everyone has always been knowledgeable, helpful, professional and friendly! I’ve bought from other companies and it was not anywhere even CLOSE to the same experience and I won’t buy anywhere else. I’ve been a loyal customer with wigs.com & Wigoutlet for about 7 years now and have been extremely satisfied. I would like to see a loyalty system where when you spend so much & earn points and that’s taken off an order in the future-speaking as a customer who has spent somewhere in the $30k+ range, otherwise everything is top notch!
