Hi Blaze, We understand your disappointment with the condition of your recent purchase. It's frustrating to receive an item that doesn't meet expectations, However please note all items on our wigs.com site are pulled straight from the manufacture. The straight hairs you are seeing in the wig is reffured to as perma tease these are short hairs in place to help hide the cap construction.

We want to clarify that we do offer returns without charging any restocking fees. However, as per our policy, we do not refund shipping costs, as it is a service provided by UPS. Please note that our return labels incur a flat rate of 10.95, which will be deducted from the refunded amount upon receipt. If this option does not meet your satisfaction, we also offer the alternative of self returns.
