After ordering my first wig, I was disappointed that the color didn't match what I had expected. So I set up a Consultation, and Ariana was great. She showed me other color options in the style I wanted, helped me with measurements, helped me order the new wig - AND helped with the return process. I couldn't be happier - at least not until I get my new wig! :)
