The wig is fine and I have had compliments about the hairstyle. The synthetic texture feel more like a bristle than hair. I am never sure if compliments are to cover the surprise of seeing a wig or if it honestly a compliment.

I am very satisfied With Wigs.com. As I live in Norway, I am always very happy when I receive my Wig in due time. Most times I am happy to receive both the right col. and style, - it is a risky business since I am not able to try before bying. I look forward to order my New Wig in the near future. Best reg. I just don't like the way it has hooks to tighten it.

I would rate them 5 stars but I think having to pay my own shipping on a return plus a restocking fee is a bit much.

Only an issue when a return is involved. Have always received my orders timely and exactly what I ordered.

I really like my wig, but they are making the large wigs smaller than they were before. Therefore, they are a little small for me. They don’t pull down on the sides far enough. Please start making them large again.

I've been quite happy with the service I've received from this site, and with the items I've ordered. One wig was slightly defective, but not enough that I felt the need to return it, and in general, I think this site is one of the better sites from which I order my wigs.
