The site was confusing all day. I couldn’t see any styles in different colors. Selecting threw me back to home page over and over again. Very frustrating.

The hair piece at the crown looks like a roosters comb. Just sticks up off rest of the piece and nothing will lay it down. The remainder of the hair all falls forward. Just not attractive at all.

It seems like the quality is going down. I noticed there was less hair in the last two I purchased. That’s OK with me but the back is blunt cut…not tapered. It looks tacky. There is no wave in the wig. I really have to work with these last 2 to make them look natural. When I first started buying Tiffany, by ENVY there didn’t seem to be a problem. I could just put them on, comb them and be done. But now I really have to work at it to make them look natural. And you can’t hide a blunt cut in the back. I really put off buying new wigs simply because I’m afraid each time I get one it’s worse than the last. So very true.

I received two wigs. One doesn't really look a lot like it's photo and the other isn't even remotely close to it's advertised color. I understand there is a color disclaimer but this is so extreme I think it's packaged incorrectly. I'm sending it back.

The wig is not even the same color as what it is supposed to be. It is not as thick either. The quality of your wigs is sorely lacking. I’ve been a customer for over 20 years and it just keeps getting worse.
