I have ordered from wigs.com for nearly 12 years now. They are so good at having the latest designs and styles. Here are my key points: PROs- -Great selection. Well explained. -Decent pricing -Good accessory options, ei; shampoo and tape -Most always in stock. -Easy shopping filters, user friendly CONS- -Expensive shipping costs for upgrading. Slow shipping at free or lower rates. -Returns are possible but discouraged. -Customer service reps differ. Sometimes I have GREAT service, other times I feel like I must have interrupted someone’s nap.

I have bought wigs from Wigs,com for many years because they have the best style and color selections. Sometimes they have my favorite wig on sale, but I am never advised of that . . . I just have to watch for it. I think it would be nice to add a feature letting me know when my wig is on sale after I have bought ten wigs of the same style. The service is good. The only thing that is not perfect is that sometimes, not often, I get wigs that are nothing like the ones I have received before. I ordered the same, but they might come not as curly, not the same color, frizzy, straighter. They will honor returns. I hope for consistency. I like the website and all the information they give about the wigs. No better place to buy.

The color is not what it looks like in the picture. I wish that there were more options of color. Now I'm sending a wig back again that I have to pay for.

Easy to use website. Like the newly added reward points. Wish there were free returns.

I have been very happy with the hairpieces I've purchased over the last years. I think this is a great resource, especially for those with baby fine and thinning hair. The only concern I have is having to pay shipping, etc. when I need to do a return/ exchange mainly for color match.

Good wig, although I did not understand that color 6F27 was so red/copper toned. I had to change my makeup colors to match. Also I have to take some time to become friends with the front hair. I have thinned the sides just a little bit and also shortened the cap 1/2 inch at the back. Now it fits my head better. I have worn wigs off and on all my life and I am getting good at altering wigs to fit me by now... that is a good thing.

Their line of products is extensive, the quality is top notch, the prices are great, ranging from inexpensive and up, and the customer service is reliable - I had failed to adjust my last order for the sales discount, but customer service got my refund after the fact, which was a huge plus as far as I was concerned.
