Human hair wig started falling apart within a couple of months. Sent the piece back for an assessment on whether or not it was defective. That was 10 months ago - now they don't respond to my queries or request to have it back.

I love the wigs but I place an order and there's absolutely no way to know if I'll get the wig.

I paid for my purchase on June 28, 2017. I still haven't received it. Not once have I received an update unless I have emailed asking for one. I was told it would be in stock last August. When I emailed I was told Sept. In Sept I was told Nov. In Nov I was told January, in Jan I was told March. Who knows what I'll be told in March. Truly ridiculous....

I have to cancel half of all orders I place with wigs.com due to wig ultimately not being in stock This is a waste of time and money from me. Unfortunately I will have to order elsewhere. - Wendy

I ordered a wig on Dec. 4...it was backordered. Sent in color change, it was also back ordered. Was finally given the colors that are available in early Feb. and I chose a new color that I was told was available. As of today it has not shipped. I was told Monday my choice would be shipped with fast delivery rate at no extra charge for all of this trouble...I still have not received shipping notification email that my wig has shipped.

All large cap wigs are too tight for me. All of my friends don’t wear wigs because they’re uncomfortable. Why can’t they make EXTRA LARGE CAP WIGS? I have to do sewing on each one, to enlarge them, but that isn’t satisfactory, as they still rid up due to too little cap to work with. YOU WOULD SELL MORE WIGS IF YOU OFFERED LARGER CAPS!

This was my first purchase with wigs.com and it was a lesson learned. The wig was misrepresented in color on the site. I own and have purchased countless wigs for productions and never had this happen to this extreme. Even if it was the designer's photo, it is the company’s responsibility as a retail shop to verify that photos are represented truthfully. I am undeniably dissatisfied and frustrated with wigs.com. Through every step they have failed in assisting a displeased client. As a business owner this could have been a new source where I purchase wigs for all productions I costume. However, after this experience I cannot be trust the company or customer service. When I called they offered no solution or apology. The customer service rep blamed my computer screen for the miss representation of color. I know better to look at the color in different lights and sources. You have to pay for your own shipping to return a wig; they don’t even put a label in the box. I also had tracking placed on my return and they received it almost 14 days ago. I still have not been refunded the money. I e-mailed them directly 4 days ago and never received a response. Shame on their customer service.

I ordered from Wigs.com TWICE! Same problem both times! I ordered and paid extra shipping, as others have stated and was NEVER notified that my order had been placed on back order. I ask the customer service person if there is a way to tell if the wig is on back order and she says the website is being updated to say whether it is available or not. FYI it already does and I mention this. She apologizes, I cancel and we are done. Crazy! No incentive to purchase something else no offer for anything! I WILL NOT ORDER FROM THEM AGAIN!!!! I cannot grow my own hair. I rely on a wig for daily wear. This company does NOT care for the customer!
