I returned a wig in Sept. 2017 and never received a refund. The wig I purchased was over $300. I contacted via phone but was told they had no record of that. Never Again!!

The topper purchased did not have a large enough surface on top to really grip to thin hair. The return policy of wigs.com is even worse with a fee for restocking AND you have to pay to ship the product back. With something like wigs, which is so personal, buying online is difficult enough. You are taking a big chance just based on a description. I will never purchase from wigs.com again. This is why amazon is successful and other retailers are not.

I have not been able to receive my orders with wigs.com. So sad. That did not use to be a problem. I suppose repeat customers like me wanted to buy more and more from this vendor. So sad they became unreliable regarding delivery.

I have purchased several wigs from Wigs.com. I have been pleased with the wigs but not so with the customer service. One wig I ordered was charged to my account and then I was informed it was out of stock. I had to track it down in order to cancel the order, since it was months out of stock. I was not informed of these problems by customer service. The telephone conversation with customer service was very unsatisfactory.
