I made an order on 3/23/2018 and today I finally called to find out what was going on with my hair piece. I find out that It has not been shipped. I asked why it has not been shipped and did not get a straight answer. She stated that they have it in stock but maybe they thought it was on back order. I paid a shipping fee of $7.95 and you are telling me that I have to again. The customer service rep did not even offer to waive the shipping fee. More than likely I will not be doing business with this company again, since I like companies that are responsible.

I had a bad experience with wigs.com. I returned the wig it was fake looking and the style didn't look good on me. I sent it back and they charged me $25 for a processing fee which wasn't in the on line order form. I was led on that if I returned it I would get a full refund. I placed another order for 3 wigs only got 2. They never sent it or let me know there was a problem with the 3rd wig. I sent several emails no response. Last Thursday they said they didn't have the color I ordered so again I am not getting a full refund. I told them I am turning them in for scamming to Attorney General.

My wig does not look nothing like I order,I can't take it to a stylist because there's not enough hair on the right side of wig to style with.Im a First time buyer and I won't reorder again.Very dissatisfied with the wig.Send it back it cost you 5 dollars off your refund pulse 10 dollars to ship back.Very dissatisfied.

I liked the style of the wig. However, I washed it once according to the directions from the manufacturer's instruction and some of the thread came loose. The track is loose (hanging lower) where the thread came out. I contacted customer service and they asked me to send pictures, which I did. I received an email back stating they could not see a defect based on the picture. I was told that I could send the wig back to them for further inspection. Mind you this was not at their expense, but mine. So at this point, I have cancelled an unfulfilled order that was placed. I understand that sometimes things go wrong. For me it is how the situation is handled that determines whether or not I will patronize in the future. I was NOT satisfied. @ Wigs.com. I purchased the wig from you - NOT Motown Tresses. It was your responsibility to make sure you had a satisfied customer; you DIDN'T. Thanks.
