Prior to starting radiation therapy, I ordered three wigs. The customer service was fabulous and the product equally so. I wore my favorite for about seven days prior to treatment and absolutely fell in love with it. I cannot wait for my scalp to heal from radiation so that I can show off these fabulous pieces of art. Customer service has been wonderful and the products are high-quality. Shipping is flawless. I returned one as the color was not what I thought, but the return process was simple and easy. I can say with confidence that I will definitely be using Wigs.com again in the future.

Fast shipping and easy returns. The only criticisms I have are with Noriko's Reese. I, among others, have noticed that the thickness of hair is much thinner lately making it more of a challenge to style the wig. This is a shame as I love this style and have worn it for over a decade. I hope Noriko can remedy this situation. Otherwise, I love Wigs.com!
