I have purchased several wigs from Wigs.com and like this company so much that I usually don't even bother looking anywhere else. The site is so easy to navigate; the selection is great; the return policy is fair and easy, and their sales are frequent and fantastic! The only disappointment that I have had is in ordering a topper by Jon Renau. Per Wigs.com's suggestion to get a good color match, I sent them several photos of my bio hair in various lights and angles and they advised which color would most closely match mine. It didn't, at all. I had to return it, which, including the shipping both ways and the handling fee they charged, wound up being quite expensive. Still think they are the best and most legitimate!

I love the selection and styles. I get alot of compliments wanting to know where I have my hair done.

I like that I received the wig in a week or so. Not weeks.

I ordered 2 wigs from their catalog. The arrived promptly and were packaged very nice. Once I received them however I didn't care for their appearance and returned them. They promptly refunded my money less the restocking fee which I was fine with. I ended up buying a wig from a local salon that cost twice as much as the ones from wigs.com.

Love my short wig!

I struggle with this review because I am not going to be wearing this wig that much. It is shorter than it appeared in the pictures, and a much brighter color, which for me looks less natural. But it is very well made. I have another Raqual Welch that I purchased in a store for much more, and there I was assured of a good color match and length.

Love everything that I bought.
