I have ordered 2 wigs from wigs.com along with some wig care products. I love the Raquel Welch line. I ordered the Salsa and the Tress both wigs were beautiful. I do like the rooted wigs the best they look more natural. I had ordered one other wig that was not rooted and didn't like that one at all but it wasn't from the Raquel line, the roots looked terrible. I Would highly recommend. I do believe that they should have free shipping on all wigs over $99.00. They do run good deals like 30% off but I feel they should also offer free shipping like some competitors do.

I love your products and some of your prices but as for your customer service employees yes they are extremely friendly but when they say they are looking into your order and will get back to you through email and never hear from them which happened to me twice on my last order it's disrespectful and unprofessional

Shipping took a bit, but I got a great product at an excellent price during the 30% off sale. The wig I originally wanted was out of stick in my color choice, but I am happy with the other wig I selected in the right color. Overall, Iam very happy and happy to see free shipping o the site now!!!

Return policy needs improvement

Beautiful wig li looks great and fits perfect. Hard to tell it’s a wig. I will order that one again.
