I have been happy with Wigs.com, but really miss being able to have more interaction at the point of sale. I would love the opportunity to visit a showroom to try on some styles and colors before buying. The one time I tried to return something it was not easy.

Great service. Really appreciated Kerry's help. She took a lot of time with me, since this was my first wig. Really loved the wig until some would-be stylist destroyed the wig. I'm not sure if it can be repaired. Called Kelly and got another one. Still trying to find a reputable stylist to "trim" it....not destroy it. Thanks for your help, Kelly.

The customer service is very good at Wigs.com but I have had to send back two different wigs which include my last purchase that I just received last week. I was so looking forward to my new piece and was very disappointed when I opened the box. It was not the style that appeared in the pic on the website, similar but not the same and the quality of the piece didn't seem as good as the other pieces that I have purchased. I wish I hadn't had to send it back cause it cost 12.00 every time and doesn't seem fair that as a customer, we have to pay for returns when the style is different then what is advertised on the web site.

My wife likes the wig, it's little tight but it is OK. This may be the last order from wig.com. The shipping & brokerage costs are out of line. All wigs now are available in Canada. This wig in Canada would have been $50.00 cheaper for us to buy. We buy many item from the US. Usually the shipping, USPS is under $10.00 & Canadian duties & taxes typ. 10% also most items under $50 & under 3 lbs are shipped to the door without any charges if shipped via USPS

Beautiful wig...it scratches my forehead though! Other than that, I’m super happy with the look. Delivery is a bit slow, but I guess I’m spoiled by Amazon ! Liked the wig and company enough to by a second in another color .

I ordered two wigs and was charged for both, but received one. As soon as I called the problem to Wigs.com’s attention they shipped out the second wig, and I received it in just a few days. So I’m a happy camper! I’ve been ordering from Wigs.com for several years now, and am always happy with the quality and service.
