Too large
The wig was too large. I tried to work with it, but just couldn't get it to stay in place. It is a beautiful wig, and the fibers are lovely, but I couldn't make it work for me, so I am returning it

This was my first order
This was my first order. Unfortunately the wig I ordered didn't come in large. I was borderline Avg/large so I ordered average, and now the wig creeps up and off the top of my head! Frustrating! My fault. I just wish it came in large!

So very close to being a 5-star winner.Customer service is 5-star great…
Customer service is 5-star great (except when you can't get an answer). As for the wig, finally, a wig that is not ridiculously too thick. It did, however, take a lot of cutting to make it look like the photo. Bangs covered my face entirely. My primary complaint about all the wigs is that my face gets totally buried, and the color. I am a natural medium golden blonde who is trying to match my color. Even the strawberry blonde is in fact ash. And what is with all the root rot? As a natural blonde, I do not want brown roots forced upon me. Also, as a retired colorist, I can't help but have opinions about the treatment of color. Blondes, when they get too yellow, are sharp and not pretty. A tiny bit of pink or cool red would soften the tone without making it muddy or ashy. The synthetic/ natural hair blend enables the hair to move like natural hair. Nice. If the wig colorists would get a clue, I would finally, after many attempts, have found a wig that is a real 5-star winner.

This wig is not the same as the one I had before
Thank you. I received my wig quickly. The style however, does not look good on me. And by the time I try to fix it, I can't return it. So now I have a wig. I won't wear. I've tried everything. I always check people's experience and I read the comments. But this wig looks nothing like the picture i'm going to italy.So I was hoping for a new look. Now, what do I do? Buy a new wig.

Definitely not a shake and go wig
Definitely not a shake and go wig. Needs tweaking and does not look like the styled picture even with a flat iron. It took awhile to get used to it. In fact I started a return but changed my mind. I do get compliments but you have to be ready to put some work (and product) into it.

Beautiful Wig!
I love the wig, but the color was wrong. It looked orange when viewed outside. Unfortunately I will never wear it due to the color.
