Wig is beautiful BUT
Returned wig which was of good quality just not a good color. Received back a wig of poor quality and looked nothing like wig ordered. Ordered a second wig that I just received orders placed very close together. Again poor quality and nothing like the wig ordered. The first wig was packaged entirely different from wigs I received as a replacement and second wig came from China and everthing was cheaply done first wig was pretty much represented correctly just color was off for me. DO NOT RETURN OR YOU WILL GET WIGS YOU COULD BUY FROM A COSTUME STORE. I would be very cautious about ordering from this company.

Wig was really disappointing
Wig was really disappointing. I’ve ordered this wig again & again. This last wig purchased didn’t fit as usual. Hair was a little too short and stuck out in all directions! I would like to order again,but I don’t have the money . Is there any way I could get a refund?

The wig was in terrible condition when…
The wig was in terrible condition when I opened the box so of course I did not want to keep, and I had to pay to ship the unusable wig.

Keine Auftragsbestätigung, keine Reaktion auf Stornierung, kein Eingehen auf den Kunden. 1/3 der stornierten Ware geliefert jedoch voll abgerechnet. Absicht und Methode?! Furchtbare Perücke geliefert, würde im Fasching die Leute erschrecken! Nachtrag: Kontaktaufnahme erfolgte. Ergebnis 0 Käuferschutz bei PayPal auch ein Witz!

I'm sad-sending it back right after…
I'm sad-sending it back right after holidays as the color is dreadful and uber shiny. just a terrible look. I'd say part of the challenge is color on line, but the other, as I check through multiple devices and displays is just horrible descriptions-particularly with fiber length. Both shorter and longer in spots than anticipated and not able to overcome the challenges.SO disappointed as I've been looking for a style like this for a while, generally prefer a topper, but thought I'd finally found the correct one-so I'll have to keep looking
