Wiggins is amazing. Great quality hair and lace. I needed a wig last minute and couldn’t wait for shipping (this was my birthday wig yall). They allowed me to pick it up directly from their warehouse about 45 minutes away…talk about literally saving my birthday!

Best hair texture ever!!! You can curl, shampoo, wear in the sun without drying out. It's long lasting!!!!, and their customer service is Great!!

My first purchase was so good that I had to buy a second one. Customers service was good even with time differences. I love my wigs. I will be buying more.

I hate to leave a review like this as I liked Wiggins Hair. 1. When I received the hair, it was quite brittle and smelled lil, and I wasn't pleased with the quality. I've ordered 2 other units and was delighted. Love the 2 units; that's how I knew something was off about the unit I just received. I reached out to customer service because I wanted to return the unit, and I stated that in my email. They responded that they were sending a message to another email, which I did the same complaint and that I wanted to return my unit. Because of the time difference, I wouldn't get the response until the next day. They responded by requesting pics of the unit, which I sent. The day after, they told me they sprayed hair spray on the unit to preserve the curls and that the unit was good even though I didn't have that issue with the other units. At this point, it didn't look like I was going to get my refund. So I tried to make the best out of the situation. BIG MISTAKE! Not only does the hair shed by the handful, but it wasn't the 13x4 part request. I have to maneuver my hair to hide the tracks. With that being said, I will not be ordering another unit from Wiggins Haird.
