Wiggins HairReviews of wigginshair.com

my daughter begged for this hair bc it was recommended by a stylist. when we washed it the hair tangled so bad. she thought it was great but when she came home after instal, the hair was crawling up her back tangled. it was soft but this is not top quality hair nor raw virgin hair. she paid over 480 for this hair. I am so disappointed and disgusted.

I ordered a 14 and a 16 and they both were the same size. Also my wig was not HD transparent what I ordered it as always as I see the reviews the hair stick up at crown they hard to lay down. This is my first time try this company. I don’t think I’ll be back.

The hair I got was a “24” straight hd closure wig. But the wig I got the hair was supper thin. If I put my pointer finger and thumb together on the same hand and make a circle that’s how thick the bundles were all together!! U could see right through it fresh out the pack The price was 341$ and some change at 24in but it gave 18 20 inch very short. I usually buy from this company no problems but yea this was a no go I just resold the wig for a cheaper price to get cash quick in order to order from wig dealer instead.

Update: customer service told me the HD units no longer arrive pre-bleached. They should inform customers of this. The hair I received did not have bleached knots as advertised and contained an excessive number of short hairs at the top, which negatively affected the overall appearance. While the hair does feel thick and the curls added are well done, these positives do not outweigh the quality concerns. I am currently in the process of returning the item, as it does not meet the standard or description I expected. An update will be provided once the return process is complete.

I’ve always bought my hair from Wiggins hair and I’ve always received amazing hair. However, my last purchase was utterly disappointing, especially because it was the most I’ve spent on hair and I honestly expected to receive good hair as usual from Wiggins. When I reached out to them, they did respond and requested pictures, which I did send as well as a video showing how dry and tangled the hair was, mind you this was on my first install. The hair honestly looks like it’s straight up synthetic hair. It sheds, tangles and is supper dry! Wiggins suggested I condition the hair which I did and the hair was even worse!

Customer service was Good but I'm not happy with the wig. Didn't look nothing like the picture it was a different wig hair was Shedding a lot These Manufacturers need to understand that people do not have money to waste on hair what's not Going to last a month

This hair is just no good for the price I expected so much more. It shedded like crazy! I’ve haven’t even had it a month yet and had to add a whole bundle and a half to my wig since it was thin from constantly falling out. I didn’t comb my hair every day to try and prevent the shedding. It fell out by the handful. My amazon wigs last longer than this I’ve had some for a year and the density is still there. Pretty color but a waste. I should’ve did more research!
