I purchased a wig and it was shedding more than normal. I informed wiggins which they said it's normal but it's not. Also they added an extra track on the right side which doesn't aline with the left side of the wig which makes it harder to flatten. They offered $20 off any future orders. This is my first and last order. Keep your money. If you want good quality wigs go to wigfever I've been ordering for over two yrs should've never given wiggins a try.

I like the hair and its color. It's full and soft, and unlike other wig companies, the cap isn't overly big. However, I gave it three stars because the wig cap doesn't lay flat. I spent the whole day at work trying to flatten the bulge that was protruding from the middle of my head. I'm disappointed because the hair itself is pretty.

I got a 32-inch body wave closure wig with 250% density. I really want to give a 3.5! The price is great. It was better than I expected and came within a week. But it was no where near 250% density and I paid $700. It’s not thin but is prolly only 180%. That was disappointing. Also the curls it comes in don’t last at all. The natural texture of the hair is a little frizzy but so far it’s had very minimal shedding and tangling (installed for one week)! It curls well, but the curls don’t last long. Also it’s true to length! I’d order again if they guarantee it’ll actually be the 250% density I paid for. I like really thick wigs though.

I ordered a champagne blonde body wave unit and I loved it when it arrived. Customer service was excellent and shipping/ tracking information was accurate. The knots came pre-bleached, lace plucked, and even curled. However the hair sheds more than the average. With 613 hair you expect a little more shedding however this unit sheds so much I have only had the unit installed for 7 days and I now have a bald patch on the lace. I am going to have to purchase a closure in order to save the wig. The rest of the unit is really great quality. Which is why I want to try to save it. I would still order from Wiggins again because I hear great things all the time. I will just stick to a black hair instead.

I like it but, the cap is WAYYY to small! I feel like they need to up the size better. I’ve had their hair before & this cap felt extremely small to the point i had to pull it. Hair is soft, no smell. Not as thick feels like 180 but yea it’s okay

I was definitely on the fence about ordering from this company. After do research via YouTube and reading plenty of reviews I decided to just place an order. From the first moment of paying for my unit I was contacted to just verify my information. They wanted to make sure that what I ordered was what I wanted and if I needed to make any changes I can do so within the email sent to me. They then proceeded to make sure later on to notify me that my order was being processed and then also let me know when it was shipped. I was always in the know about it. I loved that. I placed my order on the 4th of may and didn’t receive it until the 17th of may. Shipping was totally slow. I’m used to companies sending out hair and I’m receiving it in 3 days tops. If they offer faster shipping they would be great. The hair felt beautiful and full. Haven’t installed it yet but I will soon. I’ll check back later for another review when I do install the hair.
